A fourth generation Eastwood resident, Adrian is proud of the vast network of local friends and acquaintances able to support his Real Estate career.
Educated at Eastwood Pre School, Eastwood Public School & The Kings School, Parramatta, Adrian has close links with local sporting and church groups, and is the elder son of Beverley Root, founding principal of Harcourts Eastwood.
Adrian has invested the last nine years learning the industry from the ground up and is a Licensed agent and Justice of the Peace.
Adrian regards the time committed in the Administration and Property Management side of the business as being invaluable when asked to give total real estate advice.
His interests outside work include family, Cars and Motorbikes.

Beverley Root is the Managing Director and is in charge of Harcourts Eastwood.
She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer and has extensive advanced qualifications in Real Estate Practice.
Beverley is actively involved in all aspects of the company's operations, and enthusiastically promotes the professional yet personal approach to meeting the needs of Harcourts clientele.
Beverley has served as President of Eastwood Pre-School Kindergarten; and Eastwood Progress Association.
Her thirty years in Real Estate in Eastwood has resulted in Beverley being regarded as one of the leading real estate professionals in our area.
